Our director and principal project manager Alex Van knows what it takes to complete projects.

Experts in construction and project management

MAEVCON is expert in project planning, management, and delivering a wide array of home builds including single or multi-unit homes and apartments.

We’re capable of that, and so much more. That’s because Alex has project managed many high-profile and large-scale works spanning residential, industrial, office, retail and health research facilities. We’re able to help with large projects, but as a smaller outfit, we’re turning our attention to detail to building and delivering smaller-scale projects.

Alex has a Masters in Property and Construction, degree qualifications in the same area, and a Bachelor of Planning and Design (all from Melbourne University). Now a registered building practitioner, he’s also a Housing Industry Association (HIA) GreenSmart professional. MAEVCON is a member of the HIA and the Master Builders Association.
